1.Material for car radiator ITOC

The ITOC  is applicable to all plastic tank-type ALUMINUM RADIATORS regardless of circulating method of cooling water. We use AL3003 with 4045 clad layer for the fluid cooler making, brazing in oven. ITOC’s function is to cool gearbox, make it works in good condition not overheat. 2.How ITOC  assembly in rad  watertank

The ITOC for transmission is mounting on radiator watertank using screwing nut, depending on customer design. The ITOC ports connect to the hoses is tight by spring clip.

4.Thermal performance for OEMs ITOC

Make sure the custom ITOC radiator meet the thermal performance requirement, run the performance test/coolant pressure drop test per NDS radiator.

Performance testing: Inlet oil temperature 116C，Inlet water temperature 82℃, type of oil: SAE30, type of Coolant: 30% Glycol.

At least  4Kw heat rejection for ITOC at water flow rate 75.6L/min & oil flow 7.6L/min, the pressure drop 31Kpa. Acceptance criteria for fluid cooler per customer requirement.
