custom Nissan fluid cooler/ITOC  for radiator assy

1.Material for fluid cooler assy

The internal tank shape fluid cooler is applicable to all plastic tank-type ALUMINUM RADIATORS regardless of circulating method of cooling water. We use AL3003 with 4045 clad layer for the fluid cooler making, brazing in oven.

2.How Fluid cooler assembly in watertank

The Nissan ITOC for transmission is mounting on radiator watertank using screwing nut, depending on customer design. The ITOC ports connect to the hoses is tight by spring clip.

3.Custom small batch for Nissan transmission oil cooler assembly

-In-house brazing oven for custom making Nissan L53H ITOC

– OIL COOLER INSTALLED IN RADIATOR.

-WATER FLOW TO BE COUNTER TO OIL FLOW

-TOC’S  FITTING CONNECTION EQUIPED IN PROTECTION PLUGS

-high burst pressure for the full aluminum internal fluid cooler

4.Thermal performance for Nissan fluid cooler

Make sure the custom Nissan fluid cooler meet the thermal performance requirement, run the performance test/coolant pressure drop test per NDS radiator.

Performance testing: Inlet oil temperature 116C，Inlet water temperature 82℃, type of oil: SAE30, type of Coolant: 30% Glycol.

At least  4Kw heat rejection for ITOC at water flow rate 75.6L/min & oil flow 7.6L/min, the pressure drop 31Kpa. Acceptance criteria for fluid cooler per customer requirement.
