1.Custom the rad core size

Get the drawing or dimension from customer, we build the radiator core size per drawing. The core will brazed tube,separator and aluminum watertank together.

2.Component-tube prepare

We are a custom radiator shop,with the help of our supplier, we can custom to make the extrude or folded tube for the specific core length.

3.Component-separator prepare

The separator is form by the fin, to dissipate the heat from coolant to air, the thickness is 0.07mm generally.

4.Component-draincock prepare

We buy the plastic draincock or aluminum draincock ,and make assembly by us.
